The Lyonnaise salad was a standout example of classic French cuisine done right. The balance of crisp greens, rich flavors, and perfectly executed components created a dish that felt light and elegant. Complete game changer and something I'd never go out of my way to get. Every bite delivered texture and depth, the egg was truly the star of the show!!

Hands down the absolute BEST Gnocchi I have ever had. This is my third time here in the last year and each time I say, "this is the best meal I have ever had." Poulet Bleu never disappoints and I love taking anyone who visits here as my #1 recommendation for Pittsburgh dining! Not only is the food absolutely perfect, but the staff and atmosphere is unbeatable. My favorite restaurant in the city. Cannot wait to come back again soon.

The Lobster Spaghetti was truly out of this world! I have never had such a silky and delicious sauce. Overall, the experience was lovely, warm, and welcoming. We somehow snagged a Friday night reservation the day of after we went ring shopping. My partner went with the steak and has not stopped talking about it for over a month. Poulet Bleu has become our favorite restaurant. So much so, we already have reservations to spend our 5-year anniversary here. It is a beautiful spot. Highly recommend!
Chocolate Soufflé for Two review by Kaitlin
So delicious!! The soufflé was so rich but light and was perfectly completed by the addition of raspberry and ice cream they provide on the side. It's a must order!

I had the roasted chicken and it was probably one of the best cooked and prepared dishes I've had in a long time. We also had the baguette and salted butter which was warm, fresh and clearly homemade. It was an incredible dinner and wonderful atmosphere and staff.

The duck was beautifully executed with crisp, rendered skin and rich, succulent meat. Every component complemented the natural depth of flavor, resulting in a dish that felt elegant, comforting, and unmistakably French!! The green sauce was so incredible as well and added such a nice flavor.
