I get the ny strip every time I come to Poulet Bleu. It is juicy and succulent. The frites are salty and addicting. My favorite sauce is bernaise, although sometimes I ask for all the sauces. Divine.

The Lobster Spaghetti was a masterclass in balancing rich, deeply savory seafood notes with bright acidity. The sauce Américaine delivers an intense, velvety depth of flavor that clings perfectly to the al dente spaghetti. The richness of the sauce is complimented by the sweet, concentrated bursts of the cherry tomato confit. What elevates the entire dish, however, is the preserved lemon, which cuts through the decadent sauce with a clean, citrusy sharpness.

Poulet Bleu was outstanding as usual. My absolute favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh. It was a group of three, we had the burger the Berkshire pork chop, which was the chef's choice for that evening and the chicken dish. We also had cocktails, the bread service and olives. Everything was flawless and the waitstaff and FOH are outstanding. My only issue, if I had to find one, was that we were seated close to the front door. When other guests would enter, they would stare at our table, our food, and watch us eat. Not the restaurant's fault but rude nonetheless.

My husband lived in France when he was younger he said this made him very nostalgic as it was just like he had then. Everything was so delicious and fresh. It was my first time ever having escargot and I dream about them now. The garlic herb sauce they are in is to die for.

The Bistro Burger was incredible. The burger itself was perfectly cooked to my liking. Every topping added something without one overpowering the others. The sherry onions are sweet, the cornichons are tangy, dijonnaise is creamy, and the melted raclette is cheesy and savory. Easily one of the best burgers I've had in a long time! The fries it comes with are also top notch, warm and crispy!

Hands down the absolute BEST Gnocchi I have ever had. This is my third time here in the last year and each time I say, "this is the best meal I have ever had." Poulet Bleu never disappoints and I love taking anyone who visits here as my #1 recommendation for Pittsburgh dining! Not only is the food absolutely perfect, but the staff and atmosphere is unbeatable. My favorite restaurant in the city. Cannot wait to come back again soon.

The Lobster Spaghetti was truly out of this world! I have never had such a silky and delicious sauce. Overall, the experience was lovely, warm, and welcoming. We somehow snagged a Friday night reservation the day of after we went ring shopping. My partner went with the steak and has not stopped talking about it for over a month. Poulet Bleu has become our favorite restaurant. So much so, we already have reservations to spend our 5-year anniversary here. It is a beautiful spot. Highly recommend!
